Our apprenticeship program takes people from first day to licensed electrician: paid work in the field from the start, classroom and code training alongside it, and a licensed electrician responsible for you on site. More than 50 apprentices are in the program now, coming up behind 70 licensed electricians.
And as the platform grows, you can build exposure across electrical construction, energy efficiency, solar, storage, and EV work.
